Viraj Patwardhan is the Director of Digital Consumer Experience for Jefferson Health. With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai and a Master’s degree in user-centered design from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Viraj’s skills include research, strategy and user (customer) focused solutions. Creating transformation experiences for businesses and its user’s is one of his strongholds. Viraj has vast experience developing new business strategies, portfolio planning/ development and new product definition.
