Ambient Experience Summit™
February 26 - 27, 2020
About AXS
Great customer experiences require understanding and anticipating customers’ needs—and recognizing that they call the shots. Whatever the channel, whatever the context, the starting point is defining what “good” looks like, then extending that seamlessly across digital and offline channels. To do so, machine learning and artificial intelligence become indispensable. This is just some of the art and science involved in customer experience (CX).
The Constellation Ambient Experience Summit™ (AXS) brings together top executives in CX to discuss how art and science come together. Topics addressed by this think-tank style workshop will cover issues of organizational change, redefining processes, and changing thinking. We’ll also discuss some of the big technology trends changing what’s possible in CX, including AI, spatial computing, and 5G.
Our 2020 AXS is an immersive, one-and-a-half-day event held at an iconic venue designed to inspire. The summit features mind-expanding short talks led by Constellation analysts, audience-driven panel discussions, group brainstorms, one-on-one interviews with CX visionaries, and demos of disruptive new technologies, all in an intimate executive setting.
