I was gently challenged by AB InBev to develop this public account and, since it will be my first and possibly only personal incursion in social media, I will try to make it really special.
After spending some time analyzing the contents of colleagues, friends and recommended accounts to get inspiration and, at the same time, to learn what is already there, I decided that I will use this space to share some personal thoughts and experiences that helped in my career and in my own continuing journey of learning and personal growth.
I also intend to interact with people who share the vision, or would like to discuss or even challenge the role that companies have, today, in developing communities and driving real, scalable, positive change.
