As Chief Human Resources Officer, I drive the global Human Resources strategy for NIKE, Inc. and lead business growth and transformation through the lens of people — managing functions including total rewards, talent acquisition & management, culture, diversity, equity & inclusion, leadership development, learning, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. I’m passionate about people and a strong believer in the power of teams.

Since starting at Nike in 1998, I’ve worked across Nike’s HR function, including as VP, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer, and VP and HR Business Partner for North America, Global Product Creation (Footwear, Apparel and Equipment), and Global Functions and NIKE, Inc. Affiliates.

Coming from an employment law background has allowed me to lead with a people-first focus, creating a positive employee experience and environment where people can be their best self. I’m a proud alumna of the University of Washington and Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, and enjoy long dog walks, traveling, and watching and playing sports with my wife and young-adult daughter and son.
