Currently, I’m CMO for Mars Pet Nutrition North America, leading a Marketing organization of 100+ Associates, with responsibility for all Marketing, Innovation, Digital/DTC, with leading brands such as PEDIGREE, IAMS, CESAR, SHEBA, TEMPTATIONS, GREENIES and NUTRO.
In my 25-plus years of FMCG experience, I’ve held local, regional and global roles and delivered a consistent track record of accelerating profitable growth. I seek out game-changing strategies and execution for today’s digital world, and I’m proud to have worked with fantastic teams building beloved brands.
Before Mars, I was SVP and GM of e-Commerce for COTY’s luxury and consumer beauty brands (>$500M in online retail sales), consistently delivering highly profitable growth, outperforming the relevant online beauty categories. I started my career with Procter & Gamble, where I spent 19 years, most recently as Global Marketing Director and e-Business Leader for P&G’s $2Bn Prestige business, overseeing the Digital Transformation of the business unit, accumulating into >50% year-on-year growth online.
