With an extensive background integrating businesses through M&A he has been able to create shareholder value by engaging, developing, and retaining critical people capability to grow businesses. Dan also has deep experience in international HR, including time spent living and working in China, and has been able to form a unique understanding of the modern global business environment. His combined business experiences have given him the opportunity to manage HR teams across 5 continents. He is actively engaged professionally in the issues and opportunities stemming from globalization and the rise of the next generation of talent worldwide.

Dan serves as a trustee for Knox College and is a volunteer and fundraiser for Comfort Zone Camp supporting children grieving the loss of a parent or sibling. Aside from his family he is also a recreational endurance athlete who has completed marathons, triathlons, and a full 140.6 mile Ironman triathlon.
