Cori Davis is the Chief People Officer at Genentech, a member of the Roche Group. In this role, she leads the strategy to foster an inclusive and inspiring environment where the company’s 13,000 employees can grow, thrive, and unlock their full potential to contribute to patients and society.

Since joining Genentech in 2009, Cori has held both U.S. and global roles driving human resources and organizational development for functions across the business, including research and development, sales and marketing, government affairs, medical affairs, and business operations.

Prior to Genentech, Cori worked for Microsoft, Deloitte, and in private consulting. Her 25+ years of human resources expertise spans the high-tech, automotive, healthcare, and banking industries, as well as work in the public sector. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
