Ben Roberts is currently President & Chief Operating Officer at OfficePartners360 (OP360), a digital customer experience outsourcing company based in the USA with 12 delivery centers across Philippines, India and Colombia, totaling 5000 staff worldwide. Ben is responsible for global operations and corporate strategy execution, ensuring optimal customer solution delivery and enhancing operational efficiencies across all delivery centers. Ben is laser-focused on building an incredible employee experience to enable OP360 to attract and retain the best human talent to deliver superior results for clients and customers.

Previously, Ben spent 10 years at Conversion Partners, a boutique PE/investment management firm, and its portfolio company Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) in roles of progressive management responsibility, most recently Chief of Staff and VP Finance/Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, he was part of the core team to launch an online learning division and then later acquire three Continuing Medical Education (CME) companies to reach 2600 staff, 16K active online students, 90K graduates, and 50K annual physicians worldwide.

Ben holds a B.A. in Math & Economics from Wesleyan University, CT where he was a four-year varsity athlete on the Men's Crew team, member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society for Economics, NESCAC All-Academic Student Athlete and Wesleyan’s 2008 Male Athlete of the Fall. In his spare time, Ben competes in marathons and club/alumni regatta races.
