In my current role at LG Electronics, I oversee the social impact strategy for North America. “Doing good” is what keeps me busy at LG. Nothing is more inspiring to me than rolling up my sleeves, jumping into the trenches and joining forces with partners who are passionate about changing the world. From rebuilding homes in the wake of natural disaster, to providing social emotional learning skills to 5.5M teens, to fortifying partnerships with the Environmental Protection Agency -- I have championed the success of strategic partnerships to help people and communities most in need.
I worked extensively on LG's new corporate social responsibility framework and reimagined our entire giving strategy to build more brand equity for LG. The premise of this work is a belief that our personal health, community health and health of our planet are all interconnected. The overall goal of this new strategy is to create happier, healthier communities and show people that Life's Good. I also act as our social impact spokesperson and have touted the merits of LG’s ESG initiatives in the Wall Street Journal, press releases, media interviews, podcasts and CSR conference panels.
