With nearly 25 years of experience in Fortune 50 companies across financial services, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products, Jon is a seasoned professional in sustainability/ESG, communications, corporate reputation, and market analytics.

In his current role, Jon orchestrates the development and execution of MetLife's global sustainability strategy, driving progress towards long-term goals and commitments. He identifies sustainability opportunities and gaps while ensuring transparent reporting on across all sustainability efforts.

Under Jon's leadership, MetLife achieved significant accolades, including being recognized as the highest-rated insurer on Newsweek’s Most Responsible Companies list, securing a spot on the “100 Best Corporate Citizens” list by Corporate Responsibility Magazine, and earning the company's inaugural rankings on the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability and FTSE4Good indices.

Before joining MetLife, Jon held the position of Senior Director in the Corporate Responsibility Function at Pfizer, the leading pharmaceutical company. His impact spanned roles in Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Affairs, and Market Analytics from 2004 to 2012.

Prior to Pfizer, Jon made significant contributions at Altria Group, then parent company of Kraft Foods, Miller Brewing, and Philip Morris. In this role, he led the Public Opinion Research Group within the Strategy & Social Responsibility Function, driving initiatives on critical industry issues such as youth smoking prevention, childhood obesity, underage drinking, and drunk driving.
