This case study describes the creation and rollout of critical low-code/no-code applications at Homebase, built on the Neptune DXP. Thanks to the new automation from these applications, Homebase was able to operate successfully during the COVID-19 pandemic by building a critical application for its operations on the Neptune platform. On the more tangible return-on-investment (ROI) side, the recent release of an application that allows Homebase to ring-fence the company’s stock has freed up a dedicated resource, and a new vendor/supplier portal has unleashed substantial call center capacity for other and more value-adding tasks.
