I am an I/O Psychologist with deep expertise in designing and leading employee survey/listening programs. I work with a great team at HP Inc as Director of Employee Listening. I love having the opportunity to build innovative global programs that give employees a voice and inform leaders as they contemplate actions to take to improve the employee experience. Prior to joining HP, I led survey and assessment programs at Microsoft, Starbucks, and Caesars Entertainment. I've also spent time on the supplier side working at Perceptyx, one of the world's premier providers of listening technology and thought leadership. Additionally, I've enjoyed being actively involved in professional survey consortia, having served in various board positions of the Mayflower Group, including Chair, and the Information Technology Survey Group (ITSG).
