I'm an experience creator at heart. Since memories are the precious residue of experiences and memories are everything, it’s a beautiful and meaningful place to play. Regardless of how much technology changes, understanding human behavior, how we are connected to our environment and how we move through this world, will always lead to the right experiences that drive the identified behavior. As I said in an NBA meeting to all the teams years ago, we aren't in the business of basketball, we are all in the business of experience creation. And if you really get that, everything else falls into place. Hat tip to Apple, first appreciating this as I was one of the first "Evangelists" at Apple preaching and selling the amazing machines.
