Cari Bohley joined Peraton in January 2022 as the Vice President of Talent Management.  In her role, she is responsible for learning and leadership development programs, performance management, skills, career development, culture and engagement, and succession planning. Over her career, she has developed and honed her skills across multiple HR functions and HR technology. She has spent the majority of her career in the government services sector with organizations who support our nation’s most important missions.
Cari holds a BA from Michigan State University in International Relations, an MBA from Wayne State University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
