Leading massive reorganizations and transformations for industry titans is my area of expertise. I thrive on challenges and consistently deliver world-class results. As a compassionate servant leader, I am known for building, mentoring, and empowering extraordinary teams that drive tremendous results.

Valued as a business strategist, I'm renowned for integrating and harmonizing multibillion-dollar publicly traded subsidiaries, establishing governance, and building frameworks for application rationalization, inventory collection, and sourcing. In addition, I drive value by streamlining processes and organizing effective teams that drive synergies and cost efficiencies while improving delivery and service.

My unwavering commitment to integrity fosters trust in my leaders and me, assuring others that genuine and noble intentions drive any calculated risks we undertake. As a result, I frequently take calculated risks that produce extraordinary results.

With degrees in industrial engineering and distribution, I get jazzed about innovative solutions. I love reading and learning about new technologies and their impact on business and the world.

My career journey has traversed several industries. I began in large technology consulting agencies, launched and ran my own consulting firm for 10 years, and transitioned back to corporate. Before being promoted to Raytheon's Corporate CIO & VP of Enterprise Application Services, I was VP of Digital Transformation for their Collins Aerospace division.

Prior to joining Collins Aerospace, I was VP of Strategy Execution and AVP of Business Digital Transformation at AT&T for 4 years.

While leading my consulting firm, I managed numerous technology engagements with PepsiCo, including their merger with Pepsi Bottling Group and Pepsi Americas. Other engagements included Edelman, Homecomings Financial, 7-Eleven, the TSA, and IRS.

With a passion for helping others, I've built career-long relationships and mentored several rising stars into senior leadership roles.

I'm an evangelist for supporting women and girls in technology and building the next generation of strong technology leaders.
