About This Constellation ShortList™
This ShortList presents Constellation’s pick of NoSQL databases (including document databases, key-value stores, column stores and graph databases) that are available both as software and as services across leading public clouds. This combination provides the best advantages of cloud computing while avoiding lock-in and fostering hybrid-deployment and cloud portability. Graph database vendor Neo4j was added to the list on the strength of its 5.0 release and the expanded availability of its Neo4j Aura cloud service on all three leading clouds: AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. TigerGraph was removed from this list in the wake of management turnover and a shift in product strategy.
