I am a human+digital technology leader, strategist, and change agent with global experience. I believe that true business value can be realized at the confluence of transformative and unexpected human+digital experiences. I lead with energy, integrity, grit, and empathy. I enable organizations to grow, transform, and optimize by co-developing a bold shared vision for the future and collaboratively authoring rapid, distinctive, and agile roadmaps to realize this vision. I enjoy developing synergistic partnerships, listening to consumers, communicating effectively and often, devising creative new business models, and most importantly, nurturing and inspiring diverse and matrixed teams.
Driven by the principles of intrapreneurship that I picked up at my first job with the Tata Group of Companies more than 20 years ago and my design, education, basic sciences, and software development background; I have built successful growth-oriented companies within large companies. I lead strategy, development, and operations of all digital products and experiences at CommonSpirit Health, the largest non-profit health system with 140 hospitals, 1,500 care sites in 21 states,150,000 staff, and $33 billion annual revenue. Before that, at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health System, I served on the executive leadership team that grew annual revenue from $1.8 to $9 billion in 6 years. At the University of South Florida, my teams and I developed a $360M/yr digital learning enterprise, and at the Tata Group of Companies, I enabled the creation of the world’s largest developer of custom digital learning applications – Tata Interactive Systems - in just 2 years.
