There’s no silver bullet for the environmental and social challenges faced by organizations. It will require silver buckshot. On the “E” front we’ll need thousands of ways to avoid and reduce emissions by optimizing, innovating and transitioning to alternatives. On the “S” front we’ll need to address diversity and inclusion at many levels, from building the pipeline of talent to making sure there are no hidden barriers or entrenched behaviors that get in the way of engaging and retaining skilled talent. This panel will discuss both the “E” and “S” sides of Environmental, Social and Governance challenges and how technology can help.
