Led the team and established the first Data Lake based platform for Emirates Airline to develop customer genome, airline genome, event genome and location genome using internal, external and orthogonal data. Led the first of its kind Blockchain based initiatives in the aviation industry to redefine customer experience, supply-chain and loyalty program. Setup the first travel incubator in the region at DTEC, Dubai in collaboration with GE and Etisalat in an effort to crowdsource the best ideas to make travel simpler, better and more exciting. Developed a lean process within the organization to facilitate technology based experimentation in collaboration with Universities, Start-ups, established brands and Emirates’ community. Led the initiative to develop Internet of Things and data based innovative solution for asset tracking and presented the solution at Cisco’s IoT World Forum.
