Gurmeet currently leads all things Digital at Capital One Auto Finance including digital products, digital marketing, user experience design, big data and new product innovation.
Previously at Intuit, Gurmeet led the Product Management /UX; managing a $250M+ digital product portfolio (SaaS/Mobile/Software/APIs); driving innovation, leading the cloud strategy and driving awesome product experiences. Under his leadership various products achieved significant increases in NPS and revenue/customer count growth of 2-3x. Gurmeet also lead Product marketing at Intuit Payments division; driving innovation, customer count and revenue growth.
As the Managing Director, Digital Access at FedEx, Gurmeet led $450M digital retail business. His responsibilities included digital strategy, product management, user experience design, e-commerce, Omni-channel retail, digital marketing and digital alliances. He developed key partnerships with Microsoft, Adobe, Google, HP; launched new products including Print Online that went from launch to $100 million in the 1st yr. He transformed the e-commerce group to #1 strategic priority with the goal of doubling rev. to $ 1 bn.
