Karthik Narain
Group Chief Executive, Technology and CTO at Accenture
Karthik Narain is Accenture’s Group Chief Executive of Technology and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is a member of the company’s Global Management Committee. Karthik oversees all aspects of Accenture’s Technology business and leads the company’s technology strategy. Additionally, he is Chair of the Board of Avanade, Accenture’s joint venture with Microsoft. The approach is global, deeply integrated into talent systems, and focused on enabling marketplace success. He has over 25 years of experience as a C-suite management consultant, diversity executive, organizational development and training professional, and journalist.
Throughout Europe, Asia, North America, and his native Latin America, Mr. Tapia has served clients in shaping their enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion business cases and strategies across industries—including financial, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government, not-for-profits, and education—with dozens of Global 500 organizations as well as non-US multinationals in Brazil, South Korea, and India.

Michel Buffet is a senior client partner at Korn Ferry, where he leads the firm’s Top Team Performance solution.
He is also a member of the CEO and Enterprise Leadership Development practice. In his role, Michel partners with C-suite leaders and HR practitioners to unlock the full potential of individual leaders and executive teams through tailored assessment and development solutions.
With over 25 years of consulting experience, Michel's expertise includes C-suite succession, leadership assessment, executive coaching, and high-performance team development. His experience spans various sectors, including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial Goods, and Luxury Retail.
Previously, Michel led assessment and coaching client engagements at YSC, served as managing consultant at Fisher Rock Consulting, and was a partner at Oliver Wyman Delta. He began his career as an Officer Psychologist in the French Navy.
Michel has played a leading role with several professional organizations. He currently chairs the HR & Mobility Committee at the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York and he previously was the president of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology. A frequent keynote speaker, his upcoming book, The Five Disciplines of Inclusive Teams: Unlocking Collective Power to Achieve Breakthrough (Berrett-Koehler), launches in March 2025.
He holds a PhD in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Paris. A dual citizen of France and the United States, Michel is bilingual in French and English and fluent in Spanish. He resides in Princeton, NJ.
