Kirstie is a Psychologist and Executive Behavioural Change Coach, with a particular interest in organisational and leadership compassion. Her background includes commercial roles in a FTSE50 organisation, and Commercial Director with a global buying remit forthe UK’s largest independent wine importer. Kirstie is currently Executive Director of Experiential Learning at London Business School and is the founder of Tangerine Thistle, a successful change consultancy which specialises in behavioural change and leadership development. Kirstie has also delivered leadership development interventionsfor organisations such as Henley Business School, Crate Brewery, Infor, HiPP Organic, and the British Psychological Society. Her combination of commercial experience, alongside psychology, coaching, and behavioural change expertise, enables her clients to harness their potential both personally and professionally. Kirstie has delivered keynote speaker events on compassionate leadership for professional development groups, including LeanIn, numerous NHS Trusts and conferences, and BBC Radio. He is a member of the World Economic Forum's Future Skills Executive Board and Global Foresight Network. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal Bestseller Work without Jobs (MIT Press), as well as Transformative HR, Lead the Work, and Reinventing Jobs.
