John Kreul assumed the role of Chief Information Officer at Jewelers Mutual® Group in November of 2021. A veteran executive, Kreul leads and oversees the vision, strategy and operations of the organization’s technology group. Working in technology for over 30 years, he brings a wealth of leadership experience and a depth of expertise across many technology disciplines.
Prior to Jewelers Mutual, Kreul was the vice president of supply chain at Amcor, was Chief Information Officer for Bemis Company and held CIO and technology leadership positions at PepsiCo and Quaker Oats. His experience, in-depth digital knowledge, and vision drive innovative solutions focused on meeting and exceeding the needs of Jewelers Mutual’s customers.
Kreul earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He serves as a board member for the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as well as the New North and shares his thought leadership on technology and digital transformation at numerous educational events throughout Wisconsin and the U.S.
Kreul lives in Appleton, Wisconsin, with his wife and has four adult children. He enjoys boating, water sports, and his favorite teams – the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers and Chicago Cubs.

Krystle Craycraft joined the leadership team of Jewelers Mutual® Group as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital in August of 2021 and has been passionately transitioning the company to a progressive frontrunner in the jewelry and insurance industries since her arrival. In her role, Craycraft leads the organization’s marketing, creative, customer experience and digital teams, as well as the personal insurance and protection plan businesses. With a strong focus on accelerating growth, she continues to advance an end-to-end digital vision that drives innovative transformation in the company’s processes and experiences.
Craycraft has an extensive background in developing business and marketing strategies that increase awareness and demand for both startups and established companies. Prior to Jewelers Mutual, she was Head of Marketing at Brinks Home and drove digital transformation and eCommerce growth efforts within several other organizations, including Neiman Marcus Group and J. Crew Group. Craycraft holds two degrees from Cornell University.
Craycraft is passionate about making a difference and connecting with people, which keeps her also committed to the civic sector. She gives her time and talents to organizations both local and national, most recently serving on boards for the Junior League of Dallas, Juliette Fowler Communities, and Jewelers of America. As a member of the Junior League of Dallas for over ten years Craycraft has also held various leadership positions in the areas of membership, development, and the community. Additionally, she supports a variety of organizations through the vast corporate philanthropic efforts of Jewelers Mutual.
