Kirsten Fontenrose is the President of Red Six International (R6I) an advisory firm providing US government approved technical expertise to partner nations on defeating drones. Kirsten has over twenty years of experience working with the national security apparatuses of nations in the Middle East and Africa from positions within the US Department of Defense, Department of State, White House, private industry, and non-profit sector. Her most recent government service was as Senior Director for Gulf Affairs at the National Security Council.
Prior to joining R6I, Kirsten was Director of the Scowcroft Middle East Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC, where she remains a Non-Resident Senior Fellow.

Trent Teyema (FBI Special Agent - SES retired) is the Founding Principal for CSG Strategies, Inc. (Call Sign: Gibraltar), who advises governments and companies on Integrity and Counter Threat specializing in national security, cybersecurity, infrastructure protection, blockchain, space, and policy. He has experience as a CISO, CSO, CTO, CRO, and actively advises Boards of Directors and C-Suites on the intersection technology, policy, regulation, and security of a Council Member for the Loomis Council at the Stimson Center, and a doctoral candidate in cybersecurity at Marymount University.
He has spent three decades in the cyber, technology, national security, and law enforcement fields, most recently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), for a pharmaceutical / bio-technology company; the SVP/ Global Head of Cyber Threat Management in the finance/insurance industry; and the SVP/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the defense industrial base. Mr. Teyema retired from the FBI as the Cyber Division's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief of Cyber Readiness.
Mr. Teyema founded and led the FBI's National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF). He was twice appointed to cyber security policy roles at The White House National Security Council during the Bush '43 and Obama '44 Administrations.
Mr. Teyema holds a master’s degree in Forensic Science from George Washington University, as well as several technical certifications. He holds numbers of professional certifications in cybersecurity, forensics, and risk.
Mr. Teyema is Scoutmaster Emeritus for the Boy Scouts of America.

Dr. David A. Bray is a Distinguished Fellow with the Stimson Center as well as a non-resident Distinguished Fellow with the Business Executives for National Security. He is Principal at LeadDoAdapt Ventures and has served in a variety of leadership roles in turbulent environments, including bioterrorism preparedness and response from 2000-2005, Executive Director for a bipartisan National Commission on R&D, providing non-partisan leadership as a federal agency Senior Executive, work with the U.S. Navy and Marines on improving organizational adaptability, and with U.S. Special Operation Command’s J5 Directorate on the challenges of countering disinformation online. He has received both the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award and the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal. David accepted a leadership role in December 2019 to direct the successful bipartisan Commission on the Geopolitical Impacts of New Technologies and Data that included Senator Mark Warner, Senator Rob Portman, Rep. Suzan DelBene, and Rep. Michael McCaul. From 2017 to the start of 2020, David also served as Executive Director for the People-Centered Internet coalition Chaired by Internet co-originator Vint Cerf and was named a Senior Fellow with the Institute for Human-Machine Cognition starting in 2018. Business Insider named him one of the top “24 Americans Who Are Changing the World” under 40 and he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. For twelve different startups, he has served as President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Strategic Advisor roles.
