Ben Lawder is a long-time CX and EX practitioner, industry speaker, and consultant. Prior to joining Qualtrics in January 2020, he was Global Head of Customer Experience and Insights at Equifax and VP of Market Insights at ADP. In his current role, Ben and his team of practitioners and CX experts partner with hundreds of large B2B and B2C companies each year to design, elevation, and innovate all kinds of Experience Management programs. Ben has an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech. He is also CCXP and XMP certified. Ben is based in Atlanta, GA
