I am a Managing Director and North America and Latin America Lead of Accenture Technology Innovation. In my regional role I lead:
- Accenture Labs, the dedicated R&D organization of Accenture
- Accenture Ventures, which bridges clients with eco-system partners including incubators, accelerators, corporate venture capitalists, start-ups, academia
- Accenture Technology Incubation Group, which incubates applied R&D into business solutions (XR, Quantum Computing, Multiparty Computing, Robotics)
- Accenture Liquid Studios, which prototype and scale incubated solutions at clients all over the world

Each practice is a critical component of Accenture Innovation architecture, which helps our clients to drive continuous innovation at scale.

Across my role leading Technology Innovation for the region, I drive an agenda of client co-innovation, establishing ongoing relationships with leading companies in their industries to conduct joint R&D, shape open innovation, and incubate rapidly emerging technologies.

Since joining Accenture more than 23 years, I have worked across all the five industry groups we serve. Outside of Accenture, I am on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Women Who Code and I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, especially in Technology. I am a frequent speaker, sharing my perspective on emerging digital technologies for the enterprise and consumers at conferences, client, and industry events.

Prior to my regional innovation role, I led a global research and development agenda focused on applying emerging digital technologies to address key business challenges of Accenture’s clients. My multidisciplinary team developed differentiated technology concepts based on innovative advances in experience-driven technologies including extended reality (AR and VR), generative design, human-machine teaming, robotics, connected car, customer analytics and adaptive services, and crowdsourcing.
