Joe is a seasoned Digital Technology Architect, Delivery and Practice Lead with broad industry experience who is now Deputy Technical Officer for EY's Assurance business delivering on the promise of Digital Audit. He is also now leading our Product Management & Business Architecture & Analysis practice within CT of over 300 people. He is a recognized thought leader in the area of CRM, Remote Desktop Automation (RDA/RPA), and customer service, having been featured at numerous CRM conferences, industry forums and in multiple articles. Most recently he has a section on cross-channel customer experience (CX) technology in The Commonwealth of Self-Interest: Business Success through Customer Engagement by Paul Greenberg with forward by Marc Benioff CEO of Salesforce, 56Press 2019.
Joe has a rich understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) from his work with NLP and text analytics for better search and understanding social media. He has blogged in The Social Customer and is a chapter author in The Social Media Management Handbook, Wiley 2011. He is skilled at moving clients to cloud technologies.
