Hagen is on a lifelong quest for answers: "How to adopt service innovation?" "How to build services to scale?" "How to automate a process?" “What barrier to knock down next?” 
Tackling all these answers as an IBM-consultant and -strategist, as an IPG CTO, and now as an entrepreneur at CorporateHealth led to allow asking the ultimate question: “How to eradicate cancer?”. As a German with a PhD in Electrical Engineering he does that from New York with a team and partners scattered across the world. 
For balance he does triathlons to answer the question: “How to go faster for longer?”
