After a distinguished & multi-faceted 10-year tenure at FANUC Robotics, Rush joined Adept Technology, a leading supplier of robotic solutions.

Rush redefined the company’s sales and go-to-market strategy. During the 2009 recession, as Vice President he led Adept’s acquisitions of MobileRobots and built the business to where it was recognized as the leader in autonomous mobile robotics and logistics.

With Adept’s successful acquisition by Omron Corp, Rush joined Swisslog to revive the healthcare division. Restructuring sales & marketing, forming partnerships and new services enabled customers to better operate within a challenging healthcare landscape by reducing costs, satisfying regulatory and insurance requirements while improving patient experience. Revenue immediately increased and Swisslog was promptly acquired by Kuka Robotics.

Rush joined Jabil bringing his vision to define strategies to automate short life-cycle production which transformed legacy initiatives into digitally connected and agile solutions that have proliferated across Jabil delivering efficiency, quality improvements & millions in TTM benefits.

Shifting his focus from the automation strategy, Rush assumed the role of Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing at Jabil, where his knowledge of Jabil’s operations and supply-chain combined with his manufacturing and technology experience aided in launching a unique distributed manufacturing business utilizing additive technologies and a digital network to produce additive parts across the globe with exacting quality requirements.
