Misha joined EQT, one of the world's largest alternative investment firms, in 2018 as their Managing Director and Head of IT Strategy. In his role, he is advising the EQT's investment teams and portfolio companies on digital transformation. Previously, he was Group Vice President of Cloud Customer Success at Oracle, where he helped lead the company's transition to cloud and directly oversaw product adoption, customer retention and growth of the Oracle's infrastructure, platform, analytics and hybrid cloud businesses in North America. Prior to Oracle, Misha served in various senior executive roles at Lithium Technologies (now Khoros), including Chief Information Office, Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Business Development. Misha also has over 20 years of experience developing venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley. He has a BA in Economics and Trade Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
