Builder. From the nanny agency world to SaaS, I've spent the past 11 years building teams and driving results with a zero to one mindset. I am an entrepreneur at heart and am inspired by work that allows me to create, and communicate with people.

I've combined my passion for building and people with my competitive spirit, and have found a home in technology sales leadership. I currently oversee Dropbox's high-performing retention team, focused on the renewal and expansion mid-market and enterprise customers. This is an organization I have built from scratch with the support of colleagues and my direct reports. As a leader, I operate from a place of transparency, candor, empathy and practicality.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my 10-year old rescue pup, experimenting with my Instapot and air fryer, and watching Dateline re-runs so long as they are narrated by Keith Morrison.
