Michelle Becka serves as executive director of experience marketing for Ingram Micro Inc. In this role, she is responsible for customer experience, user journey and content strategy, marketing operations and programs, and product marketing.

Throughout her 26 years in the industry, Michelle has championed new media and impactful experiences. Previously, as head of content for Ingram Micro’s Xvantage platform, she led the development and implementation of global, regional and local content strategy as well as its supporting programs, processes and organization.

Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
