Lo Li is the CTP and Managing Vice President at Capital One in Retail Bank Tech. In this role, she leads technologists focused on creating and powering the platforms, experiences, and products for innovative and seamless retail consumer banking experiences and products for both our associates and customers.
Lo has spent the past two decades leading global multi-billion dollar organizations for some of the world’s most renowned hospitality, retail and technology brands, leading thousands of associates in teams dispersed across the globe. As a leader, she believes her successes are a result of her ability to leverage her technology background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Native Engineering to disrupt and transform an organization. She also has extensive international business experience, and is fluent in Mandarin, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Lo serves in the Tech DIB Council at Capital One as the Accountable Executive for Women in Technology, is on the Board of Directors for the Center of Puppetry Arts, and is an active member of the Atlanta, GA community in which she lives with her husband, and three children.
