She is also a Venture Partner with Silicon Valley Data Capital, a seed-stage venture firm. Previously, she was Managing Director and Head of Innovation at RBC, responsible for digital transformation.
Lara has 25 years of experience in all phases of technology product creation and associated change management. She is an award-winning business transformation leader recognized by Constellation Research and Banking Innovation. She serves on the Boards of CIBC (NYSE: CM) Bancorp USA and Healogix, a profitable marketing services firm.
