Justin is the Chief Operating Officer for Go-to-Market and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue generation process across multiple regions and business units within the organization. Justin’s focus is on driving revenue growth, streamline operations, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and revenue teams.
Prior to UKG, Justin was the Chief Operating Officer for Americas Sales at Cisco. The Americas is the largest of Cisco’s three geographic regions and responsible for nearly $37 billion in annual sales for the company and spanning 17 countries and six theaters. Justin oversaw strategy, planning, operations, enablement, acceleration, compensation, market development, and value selling for the Americas.
