Harmeet Chauhan is Global Head of Wipro Engineering Edge and member of Wipro’s Executive Committee. In his role, Harmeet is responsible for defining and driving Wipro’s global vision, strategy, and execution for engineering services business which includes offerings and services covering 5G and Connectivity, Industry 4.0 and IoT, Cloud, Data and AI Engineering, Embedded Systems, Silicon and Systems Design. He is a proven business leader with technology industry experience across products and engineering services businesses. Prior to working with Wipro, Harmeet was Chief Strategy Officer and President Service lines for Aricent. When Altran Group (now Capgemini) acquired Aricent, Harmeet took over as President of the Software and Internet business unit for North America. Before this, he held leadership roles across sales, product management, and business development with companies like HCL, Sun Microsystems, and Microsoft. Harmeet completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering from Pune University, India, and postgraduate studies in business from Fore School of Management, New Delhi, India. He is a long-time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and works out of Wipro’s Silicon Valley Innovation Centre in Mountain View, CA.
