Adhir Mattu is the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer at NXP Semiconductors. In this role, he is responsible for driving digital/AI transformation and continuous evolution of global business systems, hybrid IT infrastructures and cyber security operations. 
Prior to joining NXP in 2023, Adhir served as the SVP, Chief Information Officer at Marvell Technology where he led company’s digital transformation since 2017.
Adhir has also worked at PMC-Sierra as CIO and as Vice President of IT at Integrated Device Technology (IDT) where he led multiple transformational ERP, CRM, HCM and Data Analytics initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of IT at Fujitsu America, and was a senior consultant at Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
He is an innovative and transformational CIO with a proven track record of enabling scalable growth, transforming customer experience, leading M&A IT integrations and reducing cyber security risks. He has been honored with several industry awards; namely, 2022 CIO Hall of Fame, 2021 HMG Strategy Leadership Award and 2020 Bay Area CIO of the Year Global ORBIE Award.
