Ken Worzel has served as president of Nordstrom.com since 2016 and was named Chief Digital Officer in 2018. He supports the company’s e-commerce, digital and mobile efforts. Ken and his team are focused on ensuring that the Nordstrom digital and mobile platforms deliver a differentiated experience to customers through service, personalization and convenience. Ken also serves in a leadership capacity for the company’s strategy, corporate/business development and data science/advanced analytics teams.

From 2010 to 2016, Ken served as executive vice president of strategy and development for Nordstrom with leadership responsibility for the company’s strategy, corporate/business development, consumer insights, and advanced analytics teams. Ken and his team helped develop core strategies covering all areas of the business, including the accelerated growth of e-commerce, merchandising, corporate development (including acquisition of HauteLook and Trunk Club), new store opportunities, the Nordstrom Rewards loyalty program and product development.

Prior to joining Nordstrom, Ken was a strategy consultant for nearly 20 years as a partner with Marakon Associates and McKinsey & Company, and advised senior executives across a variety of industries including retail, media and healthcare. Ken holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and later attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned an MBA.
