Casey Santos is the Chief Information Officer at General Atlantic and leads the firm’s Global Information Technology team. In this role, she oversees General Atlantic’s global information technology initiatives, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications, and helps to drive technology-enabled solutions across the firm. Before joining the firm in 2014, Casey worked at McKinsey & Co., where she served as Head of Information Technology for MIO Partners, McKinsey’s private investment group, after working as a strategy consultant within the firm’s Business Technology practice. Prior to that, Casey worked as an Information Technology Consultant for BSI Consulting and EnterpriseWorks. She began her career at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Mission Control as a Propulsion Systems Engineer, supporting more than 15 Space Shuttle missions including the first Shuttle-Mir docking mission and the first Hubble Space Telescope repair mission. Casey serves on a number of customer advisory boards for leading technology companies, such as Box, Zoom, Masergy, and Appirio.
