Michael Naggar is the Chief Digital Officer for the US Consumer Bank at Citi. His responsibilities include working to lead the digital transformation of digital acquisitions, driving deeper engagement with our customers, creating and delivering digital lending and payments solutions and build a complete end to end digital servicing experience across all our digital channels.

With over 20 years of experience in product management and all areas of technology, Michael is a proven and accomplished leader with an impressive record of designing and building digital and mobile technologies to deliver game-changing ideas and break through customer experiences.

Prior to joining Citi, Michael served in various executive roles at Chase, Barclays and Verizon where he focused on emerging payments, enterprise cloud solutions, embedded technology, and advanced video delivery services.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Texas at Arlington. He is a passionate inventor with numerous U.S. and International patents to his credit. He is married with 2 kids and enjoys watching and playing hockey.
