Lo Li is a Managing Vice President at Capital One in Retail Consumer Engineering within Bank Tech. In this role, she leads technologists focused on creating and powering the platforms, experiences, and products for innovative and seamless retail consumer banking experiences and products for both our associates and customers.

Lo has spent the past two decades leading global multi-billion dollar organizations for some of the world’s most renowned hospitality, retail and technology brands, leading thousands of associates in teams dispersed across the globe.

Through her tenure in the technology sector, she has earned a reputation of being the leader you bring to digitally transform businesses. Some of her best known work includes the creation of consumer dynamic pricing and predictive analytics engines that revolutionized the hospitality industry. She led the digital transformation at SPANX, setting the groundwork in ERP modernization, direct to consumer channel maturity, sales force enablement that ultimately led to the highest revenue growth streak in its 20 years in business. Further, in her role as CTO at Equifax, she has led the Consumer Solutions business unit to its first growth quarter in two years and increased consumer membership by 400% in a span of nine months - accomplished by a combination of executing an aggressive master data management strategy, rebuild and transformation of products in a public cloud infrastructure, and driving ruthless collaboration across the organization.  

Most recently, within the Retail Consumer Engineering teams at Capital One, she leads Associates responsible for all Branch and Cafe experiences, Payments and Money Movement, Digital Account Opening, Data and Fraud, and Consumer Servicing.
   
As a leader, she believes her successes are a result of her ability to leverage her technology background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Native Engineering to disrupt and transform an organization. She also has extensive international business experience, and is fluent in Mandarin, Portuguese, and Spanish.  

Lo serves in the Tech DIB Council at Capital One as the Accountable Executive for Women in Technology, is on the Board of Directors for the Center of Puppetry Arts, and is an active member of the Atlanta, GA community in which she lives with her husband, and three children.
