Helen Davis has over 26 years of global experience supply chain experience and has successfully transformed supply chains in several countries and in a variety of different industries. She is currently SVP & Head of North America Operations at the Kraft Heinz Company. Helen has also held senior Supply Chain roles at Unilever, Estée Lauder, Reckitt Benckiser, and Coca-Cola where she led the transformation to the Factory of the Future and spearheaded the Touchless Supply Chain concept through use of decision intelligence.
Helen began her career on the factory floor, rising over the years to be one of the top female supply chain executives in the food and beverage industry. In light of her own career journey and experiences, Helen is passionate about supporting women in this space and has sponsored and/or created women in supply chain programs at all her recent companies. Helen also serves as Chair of the Rutgers University Supply Chain Advisory Board.
