Ashwin Rangan is an independent Director with an exceptional Board service record which stretches back 20 years. His experience spans For-profit and Not-for-profit organizations.

Ash is a national award-winning Tech executive, having served as an Officer with global Brands (Rockwell International, Conexant Systems, Walmart and ICANN). Leading teams of up to 750 global professionals, he has led organization growth through technology innovation (walmart.com), M&A (Rockwell International) and acquisition of new global markets (ICANN).

Ash first served on the Board of a publicly-traded company - PiVX (a SPAC, acquired byThe Lotus Fund in 2005). Next, he served on the Board of Integrien (acquired by VMWare in 2010). Later, Ash served on the Board of MarketShare (acquired by Neustar, a TransUnion company, in 2015). In 2022, Ash was term-limited and stepped down as the Non-Exec Chairman of the American Red Cross in Orange County, CA.
