Pam Kingpetcharat is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Technology and Finance reporting to the CEO of Genesys Works, a workforce development social enterprise that provides pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities. Formerly the Chief Information Officer of Innovations for Poverty Action, Pam was responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing IPA's data management and information technology strategies to further IPA's mission and increase organizational efficiency. Before joining IPA, Pam served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Human Rights First and then as Uncommon Schools' Senior Director of Data & IT. For five years prior, Pam advised leading multinational corporations, multilateral organizations, and government agencies on ICT policy, strategy and operations management, public finance management and reform, change management, and organizational effectiveness as a strategy consultant and Manager at Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Her work history includes the US Peace Corps, Accenture, Merrill Lynch & Co, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. She holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development degree from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and has a B.A. in Economics from Reed College.
