I've held top digital leadership posts at Interpublic (NYSE: IPG) marketing communications firms including Weber Shandwick, and most recently, Golin, where I built and managed the agency's global digital and social media team and currently serve on the agency's executive leadership team. I've also managed one of our agency's largest offices, including full P&L responsibility.

Nothing excites me more than driving change and dreaming up new solutions to age-old marketing and communications challenges. I've helped a storied PR agency retool for the digital and social media age, building teams, IP, strategic partnerships and new ways of working from the ground up. And I've been fortunate to help some of the world's most respected brands do the same.

I work as a senior counselor to a wide variety of companies, blending conventional forms of marketing communications with AI, digital and social media for maximum impact.

I conceived and developed The Bridge™, the marketing services industry's first global network of integrated content, engagement and analytics newsrooms now operating in 25+ regions of the world. The Bridge powers marketing and PR initiatives for 300+ brands, with PRWeek and the Holmes Report recognizing it as "Innovation of the Year".

These days, I'm helping Golin teams and our clients embrace artificial intelligence to evolve how we work and enhance results. As Chief AI Officer, I’ve architected our our firm's artificial intelligence strategy, partner with our teams and clients to identify new solutions, bring new services to life, and implement new ways of working across the full spectrum of our agency's offerings.

Outside the office, I'm a lucky husband of a vastly more talented spouse and dad to three amazing kids who keep me going. We've lived in many cities including Los Angeles, Chicago and several other stops in the Midwest but now call Texas home.
