Ray Jan is Constellation Research's Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the company's ongoing operations and procedures and ensures day to day operational excellence. Ray brings more than 20 years of management consulting experience in supply chain management. Prior to joining Constellation, he worked at Deloitte and IBM where he helped clients improve their operations.
