Sanjeev Pottay is currently commercial director at My Community Finance, where he is responsible for marketing, pricing and product. He has previously held various roles in retail banking at NewDay, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Sanjeev was responsible for managing sales of the platinum range of credit cards at Barclaycard, which was the no. 1 selling credit card in the UK at the time and at NewDay, he was responsible for new customer acquisition of the near prime credit card brands, growing sales to ~440k new customers a year through doubling share of sales on price comparison sites and launching the fluid credit card.
