A digital/IT business leadership professional with 20 years-experience in Senior Executive roles with organisations including Cellnet Group and Royal Auto Club of Queensland in Australia and for the past 4 years as Chief Digital Officer for 2degrees ($600m revenue and 1200 team) in New Zealand. I lead a team of 175 to develop the vision and then implement the strategy to deliver the leading digital experience in NZ.

My key value creator is delivering enduring business value through my obsession with customer centricity. As a leader I am passionate about aligning business outcomes with customer value and delivering class leading customer experiences (CX). I develop and lead experience transformations rather than Digital or technology transformations. The programmes I lead address the key elements of revenue growth, cost out, and capability improvement under the unifying umbrella of delivering customer value through class leading CX.

I achieve these results through a combination of my deep understanding of business, my leadership crafting teams that deliver exceptional results, and my ability to transform digital/technology assets to create better business outcomes.

This is coupled with a drive to consolidate and simplify the technology environment while following human centred design (HCD) principles when crafting new experience outcomes.

I hold Bachelor of Business Degrees in Accounting and Computing as well as an MBA.
