Mr. Steve Chung founded Frankly Inc. (formerly, WB III Acquisition Corp and TicToc Planet, Inc.) in 2013 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director since December 2014 until April 2018 also served as its Corporate Secretary until April 2018. Mr. Chung has been an Advisor of Frankly Inc. since April 2018. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gannaway Web Holdings, LLC since February 8, 2016. Mr. Chung started Frankly in early 2013 with the mission of unshackling the cliché and rigid communication. He has experience with The White House, Goldman Sachs, CDNetworks, We Heart It. He has background in government, finance and technology. He served as Chairman of Frankly Inc. until March 13, 2017. He worked for many great companies. He has AB from Harvard University and MBA from Stanford University.
