Javier Polit is CIO of Mondelēz International. He is a proud Ecuadorian, personally dedicated to creating opportunities and addressing issues affecting Americans of Hispanic heritage through political and social involvement. And, as a cancer survivor, Javier is motivated to give those fighting similar battles the hope and support they need to press on. Javier is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Purdue University; Masters of International Management from Budapest University of Economics and Science; Masters of International Business Administration from Tilburg University in the Netherlands; Masters of Science from Barry University; and, a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
